Meet Amy Tegerdine, the visionary CEO & Founder of Captivate Entertainment and Talent Management, a seasoned industry veteran with over a decade of experience.
Fueled by a lifelong passion for performing arts, Amy honed her skills at the prestigious Brit School, which produced industry icons such as Adele, Amy Winehouse, Jessie J, and more.
Amy's diverse career spans television commercials and shows, celebrity backing dancing, international touring, and extensive cruise ship experience, culminating in a pivotal role as a Production Cast Manager for P&O and Carnival Cruise Lines. This rich background equips her with a deep understanding of the industry's intricacies and the unique needs of talent.
After managing talent for the world's largest cruise corporation, Amy founded Captivate with a mission to empower clients to achieve their dreams in the competitive entertainment industry.
Committed to fostering diversity and inclusion, Amy represents clients from all backgrounds, genders, and ethnicities. Her goal is to positively impact the industry by propelling the careers of both emerging and established creatives across all areas of entertainment.

Pim van Amerongen is an Amsterdam based American/Dutch agent and performer. With roots in musical theater and cruise ship entertainment, he enjoys bringing his knowledge of the industry and the stage to his clients. He holds a BFA of Musical Theater from The Boston Conservatory.
